Eddie Clemons owner and Chief Quality Assurance Consultant for PQCS is a Certified Quality Manager through the American Society for Quality (ASQ-CMQ/OE) since 2001. Mr. Clemons has worked in the environmental compliance industry since 1987 and is a ISO 17025 lead auditor, 9001:2008 auditor, and has completed the NELAC basic assessor training for auditing with respect to compliance with the NELAC standard. Mr. Clemons serves as a conduit for environmental regulations and technical information in all analytical matrices. Through the accreditation process Mr. Clemons has assisted laboratories in obtaining 18 different state certifications, DoD (AFCEE, USACE) CLP, NELAP, and AIHA certification/accreditation.
Mr. Clemons expertise as a Quality Assurance Consultant covers a wide range of fields includinfg Laboratory Management, Quality Systems Management, Auditing, Field Sampling, Data Validation, Data Integrity, Methods review, SOP writing, and Ethics Training. Mr. Clemons expertise is supported by 23 years of experience in the environmental compliance industry, ISO 17025 Training, ISO 9001:2008/ISO19011 and Auditor Training, analytical laboratory experience, exeprience gained as a Food and Drug Compliance Officer, a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry, and a Masters of Business Administration in Project Management.
